Welcome to The Superintendent’s Department

Mission Statement: To provide quality services to the Westfield Center community with pride, courtesy and commitment.

The Village Superintendent is Dave Pitsenbarger. Dave is responsible for street maintenance, the water/sewer plant, and zoning inspections.

The major responsibilities of the Superintendant’s Department are to maintain the Village streets and water treatment facility in order to provide for the safety of the residents. These services include: repairing streets and sewers, responding to pothole repairs, and frequently servicing requests that are generated from other Departments.

The Superintendent is also responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Village’s storm water collection system. The Superintendent’s Department provides a variety of services for Westfield Center residents such as snow removal, traffic sign maintenance, construction inspection of public projects, and building and grounds maintenance of the Village Hall.
